Join us for Taste & Traditions, a vibrant outdoor celebration of the many cultures that shape Lebanon and the Upper Valley. Experience a joyful afternoon of live music, dance, food, and art that honors the rich traditions of our diverse community.
🎶 Live Performances:
Enjoy a dynamic lineup including Colombian dance, Nepali folk music, Cuban rueda, Taiko drumming, New England fiddle tunes, and more! Plus, join in on a belly dance class to kick off the day.
🍲 Delicious Global Cuisine:
Sample authentic dishes from Jamaica, Bangladesh, India, Brazil, and Siberia—something to delight every palate.
🎨 Cultural Vendors & Demonstrations:
Browse handmade crafts, Indigenous beadwork, and unique art by local creators including Native American and queer/trans artists.
🗣️ Special Remarks at Noon:
Hear from Lebanon’s Mayor and City Councilor as they offer a Land Acknowledgement and statement honoring the impact of cultural diversity in our region.
Come connect, learn, dance, and taste your way through the cultures that make our community strong.
