Babywearing Workout In-Person

Grown-ups, bring your baby, a comfy baby carrier, and some cozy clothes—let’s stretch, squat, and move together! Don’t worry if you’re new to this, we’ll have extra yoga mats and supplies to help you get started. Whether you’re looking to get active, meet other parents, or just have some fun, this class is for you and your little one!
