Join us at the Lebanon Library for a SNAP Info Session where you can get assistance applying for benefits, including summer meal support for kids. The NH Food Bank will be on-site to guide you through the process.
📝 What to Bring for Your SNAP Application:
✅ Contact Information – Name, address, phone, email
✅ Social Security Number & Date of Birth
✅ Medical Insurance Cards & Monthly Premiums
✅ All Income Sources – Pay before deductions, salary info, job start date
✅ Housing Costs – Rent, mortgage, taxes, insurance, home value
✅ Vehicle Info – Make, model, amount owed
✅ Medical Expenses – Non-reimbursed costs for seniors (60+) or those with disabilities
✅ Bank & Asset Info – Checking, savings, investments, burial funds
✅ For Non-Citizens – US entry paperwork
About the Summer Meals Program
The NH Food Bank helps ensure kids have access to healthy meals during the summer when school is out. They work with local communities, including Lebanon Public Library, to provide meals in areas that need them most.
