CANCELED - Beginners Yoga In-Person
We’re taking a brief pause, but don’t worry—the Beginner-Level Hatha Yoga class will be back soon! This class focuses on stress reduction through breathing exercises, short meditations, movement, and stretching.
We look forward to welcoming you back in just a couple of weeks to this safe and supportive space where you can practice mindfulness and self-compassion.
